B. Notice of Financial Incentive (FIP)
ZJ3 may offer programs that provide financial incentives (“FIPs”) in exchange for the use of your Personal Information. Participation is optional and may be withdrawn at any time by contacting us here. For example, in the Wheel Watcher’s Club (“WWC”), you may receive monetary prizes, exclusive offers, discounts, show updates, and messages from hosts. We use your Personal Information to send sponsored communications and serve personalized ads. The value we receive from your data is reasonably related to the benefits you receive.
C. Shine the Light Law
Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83 (“Shine the Light”), California residents may request information regarding Personal Information shared with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We only share such data if you opt in or are provided the opportunity to opt out and decline.

Nevada Residents
Nevada law allows residents to opt out of the sale of certain Personal Information. ZJ3 does not currently sell Personal Information as defined by Nevada law. If you wish to be notified of changes to this status, please contact us here.
7. DATA SECURITY
ZJ3 implements reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the Personal Information we collect from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. Therefore, while we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
8. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
ZJ3 is headquartered in the United States. If you access our Services from outside the U.S., please be aware that your information may be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States or other jurisdictions where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
By using our Services or providing us with your Personal Information, you consent to the transfer, processing, and storage of your information in the United States or other jurisdictions as described in this Privacy Policy. 9. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

California Minors

Do Not Track: Some browsers allow you to send “Do Not Track” signals. As there is no industry consensus on handling these signals, ZJ3 currently does not respond to them.

Note: Opting out does not eliminate ads but may limit personalized advertising.

You can opt out of promotional emails by clicking the “unsubscribe” link or updating your preferences in your account settings. For text messages, follow the instructions in the message (e.g., reply “STOP”).
Please note:
Opt-outs are specific to the communication type and contact method used.
You may still receive service-related or transactional messages even after opting out of marketing communications.
11. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted with a revised “Effective Date.” Your continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
